Our approach to architectural design is comprehensive from the design of construction details to the management of complex interdisciplinary urban development projects. We develop entrepreneurship master plans and we execute designs of preliminary stage, layouts and feasibility studies, in addition to executive design construction. We seek to work for a sustainable habitat , throughout understanding and respect for the culture and climate of the place.

We believe that an important part of the value-added that we offer is the proposal of alternative solutions in order to optimize the project according to the different customers needs. We coordinate different contractors and we manage and supervise the work, ensuring the compliance with the requirements and the quality of results.

We also have developed methodologies for programming and control of constructions, which include technical and financial support of each task, allowing the fulfillment of deadlines and quality required.

We cooperate with real estate developers in the production of Environmental Impact Studies and Traffic Impact Studies, which ensure the sustainability of the entrepreneurships . For this purpose, we use specific high-generation softwares; we were the first company to implementate them in Argentina. We also collaborate with the presentation of documentation needed to manage authorizations or licenses.

This department was created to advise LEED certified buildings. In this way, we become leader in promoting energy management initiatives and buildings sustainability in our designs.
