Office Building – Reconquista 1088 – Project and construction management
It is a project for an interior reform of an existing office floor. The building is distinguished by its treatment of corners. A curtain wall of concrete and glass assembled from prefabricated sections is interrupted by a fully glazed corner that incorporates the building entrance. On each floor, this element creates a premium space that is ideal for conference rooms or senior management offices, overlooking a large park in front of the old city port.
The open floor plan allows a flexible organization of the space, generating an appropriate environment to the various activities carried out within areas. The workspace was diagrammed under a model of “open office”, which promotes the exchange of ideas between different areas of the company.

AC&A made the entire project, including architectural design, interior and facilities, as well as preparing all the documentation, and specifications of materials and equipment for the execution of the work and its construction management.
The project included the design of open area, private offices, reception area, meeting rooms, training room, cafeteria area and deposits work.
