Recoleta is a strategic neighborhood of the city of Buenos Aires, minutes away from city’s downtown and surrounded by the most important transport networks. Universities, parks, commercial areas and cultural centers are some of the offers of the neighborhood. Its a mixed uses, high density and consolidated place.
During the design process, AC&A applied sustainable and bioenvironmental architectural criteria, ensuring climate comfort and reducing operating and maintenance costs during the building life cycle.
Small and flexible units, conceived to respond to different functions and needs characterized by natural lightning and diaphanous spaces.
Descriptive summary of the activities carried out by the firm
AC&A was in charge of the entire Project, including the architectural design, the structural design and the installations as well as all the technical documentation. Also evaluate different construction companies offers and was in charge of the Construction Management.
The Project included 41 units of 1, 2 and 3 rooms in a 10 story building. 2 elevators and amenities: parking places, swimming pool, laundry room and a party room.
