Bruno Agosta

VP

Civil Engineer (Universidad Católica Argentina), summa cum laude. Master of Science in Transportation (MIT, Massachusetts Institute of Technology, Department of Civil and Enviromnmental Engineering).

In 2008, Mr. Agosta received the Medalla de oro, the university’s highest award for graduating students, and was the valedictorian with the highest GDP along graduating civil engineers by the Civil Engineers Professional Council of Argentina (CPIC). In 2013, Bruno was awarded the Fulbright-BEC.AR Fellowship, the Organization of American State (OAS) Scholarship representing Argentina and the International Road Federation Fellowship, to study for a master’s degree in the United States.

During his years at MIT as Research Assistant, Bruno’s main interest and focus of his thesis was the analysis of infrastructure investment requirements for the development of Vaca Muerta and unconventional shale hydrocarbon projects in Argentina.

Between 2008 and 2009 Mr. Agosta worked at Advanced Logistics Group (ALG), part Indra corporation, in Barcelona (Spain) for the development of projects in Italy, Greece, Turkey, Bulgaria, Croatia, Romania, Perú and Colombia.

From 2010 to 2011 Bruno was Chief of Operations Engineering at GEFCO (PSA Peugeot Citroen) in Buenos Aires, Argentina. He was responsible of new engineering projects, process reengineering and quality management operations in the Peugeot Citroen automotive production plant in El Palomar and Hurlingham Logistics Platform, the largest of GEFCO in the world with 60,000 m2 (645,000+ sq foot).

Mr. Agosta is the Director of Business Engineering Development at AC&A Group, with responsibilities in the creation and development of new engineering projects and international opportunities.

Bruno is also Assistant Professor in the Transportation Systems Analysis course at both UCA and Universidad de Buenos Aires (UBA). He also attended to different professional training programs at IAE Business School, RailTEC center of the University of Illinois in Urbana-Champaign, and at the Petroleum Extension Service (PETEX) of the University of Texas at Austin.

Mr. Agosta regularly writes articles for technical publications like Énfasis Logística, Revista Vial and Revista Carreteras. He also writes and present technical papers at national and international conferences.

Mr. Agosta is member of Centro Argentino de Ingenieros (CAI) and is Licensed Professional Engineer and member of the Professional Council of Civil Engineering of Argentina (CPIC). He is also member of the American Society of Civil Engineers (ASCE) and the Society of Petroleum Engineers, being part of the Argentine Petroleum Section.
